My name is Bill Penn and I have been involved in the building and remodeling industry in some form or fashion for over 25 years. Working for others and running my own business has given me a lot of exposure to the defects that many homes have. I have purchased homes in the past and have found that well intentioned home owners & handymen/contractors inadvertently create unsafe and detrimental conditions without realizing it.

When you hire me, you can expect a detailed computer generated report about the home's condition. I encourage my clients to come to a recap session and ask questions where I summarize my findings. I want you to be educated & informed about your home.

As a member of the Quincy Association of REALTORS, I will work with your Real Estate Professional to schedule and coordinate your inspection. This includes accessing the property & communication with the current residents. No additional phone calls for you to worry about.
